Booking policy
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS LISTED BELOW. YOU AGREE TO HOLD ALISH'AS BAKED GOODNESS HARMLESS UNLESS OTHERWISE LISTED FROM THE TERMS BELOW.
-Orders for custom cakes should be placed at least 2-4 weeks in advance due to booking availability. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your date and book your order on the calendar. Because of the time needed for order preparation and schedule adjustments, a minimum 25% Rush Fee may be applied for orders to be worked in with less than 14 days notice.

-Please keep in mind that availability is subject to change quickly. Quotes will expire in 24 hours if they are not accepted. Final payments that are not paid within a timely manner will result in order cancelation and forfeit of the deposit payment.

-Pricing is based on design complexity. Cakes start at $100. Each order is priced individually based on the design & elements of detail.

-Please be very specific when providing details about what you are needing. This helps me create treats that are cohesive with your overall theme.

-Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before order date. Cancellations less than 14 days notice will forfeit any deposit made due to supply purchases or preparation that has been done for the order.

-Once you or a designated party has picked up or accepted an order, it is considered "accepted". Refunds are only issued on a by case basis. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our care. No refunds for cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. after acceptance. Photos are taken of our cakes before pick up/delivery for documentation. Persons picking up cakes agree to place cakes on floorboards of cars or on a flat trunk space. Drivers agree to drive with caution and not make sudden turns or stops.

-Responsible party agrees to provide a sturdy and stable display and table for the cake or items ordered. You accept full responsibility for any damage done to cakes not being properly stored in an air conditioned environment or refrigeration. Buttercream cakes must be refrigerated. They are safe at room temperature 3-5 hours.
Return policy
-Cake flavor and texture is subjective. You may qualify for a percentage of a credit if the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Order credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours. Refunds will not be given for cakes that are mostly consumed. By accepting a return, you agree to bring the cake back to Alisha's Baked Goodness unconsumed so that it can be evaluated for a quality check.

- Refunds will not be provided for cakes that are damaged due to irresponsibility of care, weather/ temperature, or accidental damage caused by responsible party.

- Failure to complete final payment due within request timeframe may result in a canceled order and a forfeited deposit payment due to scheduling accomodations.

- It is important that you look over the design details of your order in the estimate or invoice. Changes to your order after the deposit is paid are limited to certain exceptions. Changes made to orders may be subject to an administration fee. Please make sure all details have been discussed and confirmed prior to accepting.
Allergen notice
-Our products may come in contact with or contain allergens such as dairy, nuts, wheat, chocolate, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests or consumers of our products of these allergen risks and hold us harmless against allergic reactions.
florals
-In the case of fresh flower usage on the cake, the responsibility of the flower safety and safe food practices will rest with the florist and not with Alisha's Baked Goodness. The person placing this order should obtain a notice of plant safety, in question, from the florist. Alisha's Baked Goodness is not responsible for any damage to the cake caused by the placement of flowers by another party or other items on the cake.
